Daily Ticket Sales 30 days out

Hello all,

I am trying to create a line graph in Analytics that shows the sales for a concert each day, for 30 days before the concert. I am hoping it's easy enough to change that to 14 before, 20 before, etc. I added to the X-Axis "Order Days Prior to Performance" (see image) and the numbers aren't right. I'm not sure what's actually being pulled.

I appreciate any guidance you can offer. Thank you!

  • Hi Cristal,

We actually rename this and similar fields in v16 for clarity around the negative numbers. If you see -30, that's 30 days before the performance. The filter that you're showing there, for >= -30 is correct for the 30 days prior to the performance up until the 0-day of the performance.

  • Hi Chris, thanks for your reply. I know that -30 is showing the previous 30 days, but the ticket sales amounts that are being displayed are not correct (or at least not what I would expect to see). I have reviewed our sales numbers from running Ticket Sales By Period reports looking at sales on specific days and performances and the $ amounts don't match the amounts shown in Analytics. Is there another report I can use to verify those numbers or a reason why those numbers would not match daily sales amounts as would be expected?
