This forum has been a great help to me learning how to use Analytics, so I wanted to give something back.
I'm sharing a dashboard we have created to look at Gift Certificate (or Gift Vouchers as we call them on this side of the pond) sales in the month of December. See below.
The top 3 charts are for: Full Month, Month to Date, Break by MOS
The bottom 2 parts are: Day of Month using Data Bar s, and a Bar chart on sales by each operator (to make it a bit competitive!).
We used the Finance Cube, and a sum([Transaction Amount])*-1 for the values. Then filtered by Payment Method Type to get just Gift Certs.
Hopefully this is of use to someone.
