Does anyone know how to diagnose problems with Tessitura Analytics?
I've created a dashboard that is throwing the following error when I try to send it as a PDF.
Does anyone know how to tell more about what this problem means?
On RAMP I have no access to error logs as far as I know.
Thoughts?
It is only that board/cube? Are you having analytics report scheduler (I made that phrase up) errors with any other reports if you do the same?
SO... After some time I discovered that I had a script in a map that is used to zoom in to my part of the world. However when I duplicated that widget and changed it into a pivot table. The script code could not zoom my Pivot table like it could zoom the map. Everything looked OK in the browser. HOWEVER, when the system went to send the PDF. It was a monster of a different character. :-)
So, I found the answer after a LOT of trial and mostly ERROR.
What I'm hoping for is the ability to read the error logs so I could pinpoint the problem a lot faster...

+1 to the idea of a comprehensive troubleshooting guide... It's possible to attach a wiki to a group inside the community platform here, like there is on the Developers group or the T-Stats group. I recently broke my test/beta environment analytics install on a service pack release, and would love to have someplace to write what I learn as I attempt to debug.
