I would be interested in chatting with you all as well. We are hoping to implement on-line exchanges here at First Stage for next season. It would be great if I could talk with one of you with our web developers, Adage, about best practices you all have in this area.

We do offer ticket exchanges online - and it is a live exchange. Our web implementer who coded it - ASCII Interactive (Alan Draper) - will be at the conference as well as myself. I won't have anything I can show you as we're dark for the summer right now, but if you track one of us down, I'm sure we could babble about it for a bit.
