Ticket Exchanges Online

Hi!

I'd be really interested to hear from any organisations that are processing ticket exchanges online and the processes you have around exchanges online. If you offer this service online please drop me a line or if attending the conference it would be great to meet up!

    We are doing online exchanges as well. It's been very successful.  I'll be at the Conference, if you would like an overview. I also have a deck somewhere with screenshots of the flow. I can dig it up and send it to you, if you are interested.

    We do offer ticket exchanges online - and it is a live exchange. Our web implementer who coded it - ASCII Interactive (Alan Draper) - will be at the conference as well as myself. I won't have anything I can show you as we're dark for the summer right now, but if you track one of us down, I'm sure we could babble about it for a bit.
