Multiple allocation maps per show

Is the following scenario possible?

We are TNEW users.  We would like to have multiple online promotion codes associated to multiple allocation maps of the same show using the same Mode of Sale and pricetype.  Customer ranking is not applicable as these groups are not in our database.

For example GroupA could go online and purchase tickets with the others in their group/allocation by using PromoCodeA.  GroupB would use PromoCodeB and have access to a different set of seats/allocations in the same performance.

My testing seems to show that I can only have one allocation map per show.  Am I missing something?

I would set a specific MOS to only have access to that Allocation.

I will test that.  And how does the specific promo code only bring up that one allocation?

It’s true that there is only one Map per show, but that Map can have 25 different Allocations.  Two different Allocations cannot; however, occupy the same seat.

You could go in through Season Maintenance and make your adjustments directly to the individual performance in the Allocation tab, without choosing a specific map to apply.

    Does that make sense?

    Let me know.
