Ticket Timer

Hello,

Can someone please when the ticket timer starts when someone is using the API?  Is it the moment someone adds something to the cart or the time someone logs in, or when someone establishes a session?

Thanks!

  • Jamie,

There is a webconfig file for your seat server – this is a timer for how long selected seats are ‘locked’ and then we have a different timer ( 2 min less than seat server timeout) for our shopping cart – we handle it via another webconfig file.
