V11 API documentation

Is there one specific document that has the API documentation for the V11 upgrade? I didn't see anything but I could be overlooking it.

This session will profile Version 11 changes to the current SOAP API including how backward compatibility is maintained, what changes there are to the SOAP API and how to start planning and thinking about incorporating REST API functionality in the future.
