Hello,Does anyone have experience with using a png image on TNEW? I cannot find any information in the TNEW documentation. My events person wants to use an image with a transparent background. So far, I have not been able to achieve this. However, I'm not sure if the issue is with TNEW or with the person supplying the png.Any advice?
Hi Christian,Pretty sure neither of these images is transparent. What do you think?

No, you're right, they aren't transparent. The JPG wouldn't be, in any case, but the PNG could be, if it were created correctly from a file with a transparent background (or no background). Do you have a vector graphic or some other version of that logo without the background? I could create a transparent PNG for you if it would help!
Thank you. No. Not this time. Our graphics people clearly labeled what each image was supposed to be. The PNG even says TRANSP, so my assumption is that the original image is indeed transparent. I believe the issue is at the step where our email/communications person is uploading the file to the CDN. I think I just need access to that step to get it done correctly. But I do appreciate you confirming that I'm not crazy and neither of these images is transparent. I mean I knew the jpg wouldn't be, but thought I might be mistaken about the png. Hooray. I'm, not crazy. (on this one detail at least.)
Haha, no problem! Good luck!
