Compatible Image formats in TNEW

Hello,

Does anyone have experience with using a png image on TNEW?  I cannot find any information in the TNEW documentation.  My events person wants to use an image with a transparent background.  So far, I have not been able to achieve this.  However, I'm not sure if the issue is with TNEW or with the person supplying the png.

Any advice?

    Thanks for the reply, Jamie.  I'm pretty sure that the issue is with the CDN link and unfortunately I'm not the person who manages that piece.

    Also, I have a friend at New Victory!  Please be sure to give a hug to Laura Hamilton (or at least cheerfully waive from an appropriate distance if you're not a hugger).   :-)
