Compatible Image formats in TNEW

Hello,

Does anyone have experience with using a png image on TNEW?  I cannot find any information in the TNEW documentation.  My events person wants to use an image with a transparent background.  So far, I have not been able to achieve this.  However, I'm not sure if the issue is with TNEW or with the person supplying the png.

Any advice?

It's pretty straightforward to add images via html throughout TNEW. There's not too much specific about how to do this within documentation, but this page does reference png in an example so it seems safe to assume it's a recognized file type: https://www.tessituranetwork.com/TNEW_7/TNEW.htm#Topics/Self-Hosted_Templates.htm.

This file I use across our Account section is a PNG. It does look like the transparent background (right side corner) renders as white though. (Admittedly, I don't have the right software to tell exactly how the file is set up, but knowing our designer and looking at it in a few different ways, I currently assuming the transparent aspect isn't being fully respected. I can't necessarily source this to TNEW though--it could be that, it could be the file, it could be something about how it's coming through from the CDN, etc.)
