On a currently configured performance, if I add a new zone to the zone map, make sure it's enabled, price it, etc, the new zone does not show on TNEW. If I copy the performance then the zone shows up on TNEW. Resetting the site data doesn't do anything. Once the zone is added I can use that zone in a ticket through Tessitura, just not in TNEW. Disabling and enabling zones shows in TNEW. Just not any new zones. Is there a way to kick start that, or should I just add a bunch of Blank zones as a just in case.

If you have someone who has database access/SQL skills, they would probably just need to execute the UP_UPDATE_ZONE_NO utility procedure against the season in question. That is off the top of my head, might be worth running that by Tessitura Support to verify unless someone else here can confirm; it has been years since I have needed to do this myself. It might be one of the other facility update procedures.

This may be simple one, but make sure that you have actually assigned some seats to the new zone - you did not mention that in your list above and I have made that exact mistake before. You mentioned that you could use the new zone in the application - did you go all the way through and assign seats to the lineitem with the newly created zone?
Thanks, I had assigned seats, any new performance could use that zone, but the old performance ( even though it should up in Tessitura to assign prices to ) would not show in TNEW
I enabled, and disabled the zone on the performance but no luck..
It still sounds like maybe you'd need to go into season manager and assign the new zone to some seats in the old performance. Another trick would be to login to the application using your web user group and walk through a sale in the web MOS all the way through to seating and see if that combo works in the application.
