We are trying to get a pricing rule to fire with the purchase of a flex package, and are being quite unsuccessful. Any tips?

What's the rule? One disappointment we've had is that we're not able to get pricing rules to fire "inside" a package.
Hey Gawain. It's a simple "message only" rule for one specific concert as part of a flex package. I take it this is your experience as well then?
Sorry - my mistake. We were trying to fire a message only rule when adding a flex package to your cart (not based on specific performances in that package).
Hmmm. That ought to work: you can certainly select packages as products in pricing rules, right?
Our issue was that we did not have a correct Pricing Rules Set. Once we fixed that, it worked as expected!
