The Academy of Sciences opened our doors in October for about 7 weeks. During that time we had numerous customers report that they never received their PAH email with PDF tickets. We're looking to implement Mobile Tickets before our next reopening, not only because it is a more progressive way of delivering admission tickets, but also in hopes that it addresses the mysterious "PAH ticket not received" issue that we have yet to find a root cause for. I'm wondering:
1. has any other organizations experienced issues with customers not receiving their print at home PDF tickets?
2. do any organizations have any lessons learned or experiences to share with making the transition to Mobile Tickets? (limitations not noted in documentation, tips and tricks, etc.)

Are you a RAMP customer? If you want to investigate PAH failures they have access to the server logs. We used to do this in house, but I've forgotten where and how that information was stored.
Hi Gawain.....We are self-hosted .We do have a local Academy email address that we have bcc'd on all PAH sends and so far have been able to find every email that was reported as not received.
I'm not the person to talk to about this but my next suspicion is that perhaps you need to set up the various "whitelisting" configurations for the main mail delivery services. It's been so long I don't even remember the acronyms now.
We have an integration into True Tickets so our digital tickets are going to a website where our guests are accessing them using their Arsht Center login and password. We really needed a solution that could help us stop ticket brokers so True Tickets was the right solution for us. We had numerous issues with guests not getting their PAH tickets and when they did get them some would print without seat locations. Other times, ticket brokers would white out the seats or prices, and paste in new locations that were never on sale and sell those to unsuspecting customers. Nicole can you tell me more about True Tickets? This is something we are starting to explore. Do you know how many organizations are using this since i see it is still fairly new? Are you doing events to where this is being used now?

We have been live with True Tickets since October. We were the first to go live. Segerstrom and Dr Phillips Center are also live. There are a handful of other orgs who have signed but are not live yet. There is one version that writes everything to IBM’s Blockchain ledger which may be a little on the expensive side, but if you have issues with ticket brokers might be totally worth it. There is another version that is less expensive that does not put data on ledger. Those of us who are on TT are waiting patiently for ticket share. We are planning to let all subscribers know in the coming months that their tickets will be delivered digitally. Feel free to email me if you want to talk more about it.
