Has anyone collaborated with Broadway On Demand?

Hello!

Has anyone partnered with Broadway on Demand? What can you tell me about the integration?

Thank you!

  • We did a Whitelist site! It's hosted at www.woollyondemand.net if you'd like to take a poke around. We don't use TNEW for our website (we use L2). We do have an in-house Graphic Designer/Website Manager, so she's been able to handle all the technical aspects of securing the URL and make sure the page is with our "branding".

Generally speaking the whitelist site has been great - we're able to host live streams, on demand videos, and things we've done previously in one central location. The integration with Tessitura has had some hiccups - specifically we're still trying to make our data standards match what Broadway on Demand is pulling for patron logins (happy to provide more details if you'd like!). Which has just been an inconvenience, nothing has really "broken" in our partnership with them.

    Happy to answer other/more questions!

  • Hi Ashleigh,

I'd be curious to hear more details about how the BOD/Tess integration works. First off, are you a RAMP client?

When you sell an event, does the patron purchase through the BOD white glove site or through your main website, or can you purchase through both sites? What system does the purchase confirmation email come from, and what data is on that confirmation?

What purchase and patron data that flows from one system to another and how does that work? Did BOD build the Tessitura integration?

    Thanks!
