Has anyone integrated online customer service chat with Tessitura?

    We're getting ready to go live with a new site that includes PureChat chat widget.  They offer both a free and paid version.  Setup on was very simple.  If you're interested you can find more information on them at www.purechat.com

    Is everyone still using Craftsyntax?  Or is there another online chat service now which offers better features?  We're looking to add an online chat feature for our box office reps.
