It doesn't look like Online Exchanges are an option while using TNEW. Does anyone know of any companies that would be able to do this while still using TNEW?

In this same vein, what is your canned response to staff to explain WHY TNEW can't handle exchanges? My go to answer is that all organizations exchange policy differs and even within an organization an exchange policy can differ from product to product.
We investigated doing a customization and our Box Office finally confessed that our exchange rules were so Byzantine that they couldn't come up with a reasonable spec.
