My Google-fu has come up short on this one. We used to be able to reset constituents' passwords and send them a token to create a new one by using the "Forgot Login..." button on their login record in the "Contact Details" tab. Last year, we moved to a TNEW site, but have lost the institutional knowledge of how that email is even set up, yet alone if we can reset passwords through it for TNEW logins. Does anyone know if there's a way to set this up, or do we have to keep directing patrons to the login page and tell them to pretend they forgot their password when we want to attach a login to an already-existing constituent record?
Hello Martin, Happy to help! You can still add an email address as a login on the constituent record and trigger the forgot login email using the button in Tessitura, just as you would before.

Yes, we are still using that button, but it's sending a link to our old, pre-TNEW website's password reset page, which is no longer a functional page. My question is how to set up the back end of that button so it's sending the correct link. Not sure if it's something we even do on our end or if it's ticket-worthy.

Definitely sounds like settings need to be adjusted in some system tables, so I will start up a ticket on your behalf.
Our "forgot login" button also does nothing. Can you look into this for us as well?
Hello Renee! I apologize I am just now seeing this note, Are you still having issues with the forgot password button? Act Theatre was able to resolve their forgot password issue by updating the entry in T_FORMAT_INFO .
