We are running are Tessitura system in our main office, but the Website is in a separate location.
We would like to know how many organization are running they're web infrastructure in a separate location (Building).
Therefore we will be making API calls to a separate box in a remote location..
Are you doing this and if so are you experiencing any issues.
Not sure if you mean running the gateway server or hosting the website at a remote location. Our website is at a remote location, and Tessitura API calls seem to take a while (much slower than the sites of other Tess orgs I’ve tested). We’ve been thinking about getting our website and Tessitura servers in the same location to reduce the lag.
