Mobile App - Necessity or Burden

Hi All,

I am hoping to get some opinions from theatre/performing arts venues about your mobile apps.  How many of you have a mobile app?  Have you seen an increase in ticket purchases or engagement since adding the app?  How much time does it take to maintain the app?  How much time did it take to get up and running?

If you don't have a mobile app, have you thought about getting one? 

Any information you have to offer would be helpful.
