I think I need a little assist to see what may have been changed.
On our single ticket email confirmations, the email uses the information entered on TN_Express_Title in the performance.
For our package confirmations, the email does not use the information entered on TN_Express_Title in the packages but rather the package name (which contains in-house language.)
We have not customized the order confirmation, so that leads me to believe it was human error, but where.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

The TN_Express_Title aliases should definitely be displaying in the confirmation emails. I would suggest opening a TASK ticket so that we can refresh your email templates and make sure you have the latest SQL. There was a fix a few months ago for email templates and aliases appearing properly.
