Email confirmations

I think I need a little assist to see what may have been changed.

On our single ticket email confirmations, the email uses the information entered on TN_Express_Title in the performance.

For our package confirmations, the email does not use the information entered on TN_Express_Title in the packages but rather the package name (which contains in-house language.)  

We have not customized the order confirmation, so that leads me to believe it was human error, but where. 

Can someone point me in the right direction?
