Prefix online

Hi Jennifer,

I wish! I've made this request multiple times because it would save so many headaches for our organization when it comes to salutations. If anyone knows how to do it, I would love to know!

We had a big mess of individuals (over 33,000) who had no prefix and therefore had wrong salutations ("Dear John Smith" instead of "Dear John" or "Dear Mr. Smith). We recently ran a utility to update them all to "Dear John" for everyone without a prefix. Of course, this is just a bandaid, but now the number who are wrong is much more manageable for routine maintenance. I'd be happy to share these instructions if you're interested.

Yes please! We've got a report running weekly to alert us of new accounts which we're manually fixing but have tons of older accounts that need to be fixed as well. If this really isn't an option online, I'm going to put in an enhancement request. :)
