I have enabled the function in my test system and I enter the gift certificate number it finds the gift certificate and even knows the amount but when I click on Apply the gift certificate. Nothing happens and it still wants a payment. Any ideas on why that is happening.
I have ApplyGCAtCheckout set to true.
Is the value of the gift certificate zero? And check the Order Lock timeout in T_DEFAULTS as that is how long it takes a gc to unlock after first use.
