Breakable Holds for ADA seating

Hey Mark,

I implemented that when I was at Melbourne Recital Centre (through a Made Media website) so that we could sell accessible and restricted view seating online, but I'm not sure if they are still utilizing that functionality or not.

Were you hoping to find out anything in particular?

Hi Beau, my first task is to find if anybody is actually using it, secondly if they are using it with seated packages.

Awesome!  Their fixed packages are currently sold unseated, but this might change in the next few days. The best person to contact there is Courtney Beeren (listed in the directory on TN.com).

We are using breakable holds for ADA seating. I can send you our end user documentation that shows some of the setup and implementation, if you are interested.

For packages, I believe the API methods do not let you break holds with the special requests parameter for fixed seat packages.  So, our work around is to have the end user type any requests into a text field.

We are looking into doing this online but we've been told that because we're still on version 10 that it's impossible until we upgrade. I'd still be interested in how you implemented it, the work around you developed and your ADA documentation.
