Our subscription discounts aren't working on TNEW despite doing the following:

• Created a new source code for the discount
• Added a new price type for the discount through TR_PRICE_TYPE
• Setup price maps in Ticketing Setup > Facility Manager
• Added each price map to every applicable performance in Season Manager > Season Maintenance
• Inserted new offers for every applicable performance in Season Manager > Season Maintenance
• Added the source code setup earlier to TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO
• Opened Tess Security & assigned discounted price type to usergroups
• Associated discounted price types to the correct mode of sales in TX_MOST_PRICE_TYPE
• Added discount price types to each applicable subscription package in Season Manager > Season Maintenance

Am I missing a step somewhere?

I’m not sure if this will help, but we were trying to use a promo code to trigger a MOS shift and did everything by the book but it wouldn’t work.  Turns out that without an end date on the source code it wouldn’t work.  Once we put in our year end as the end date, it worked fine.

It allows us to use the code on our website without any errors (usually a popup states that the promo code isn't valid, but in this case it didn't) but it doesn't change any of our prices, or make the price type available in our drop down menu. We're on TNEW also...
