Hi Everyone:
I'm new to Tessitura and I've run into a contiguity error on a GA facility that I can't solve and haven't been able to find a knowledgebase solution (only info on what it is not how to fix it) or anything in the forums.
Does anyone have experience with this particular error "Dup Contiguity 0:0" and the logical steps or procedure I need to follow to find and correct it?
Thanks in advance for any insight!

Hi Michelle,
This “error” just means that you have screens in your seat map for which contiguity (the process by which the sequence of seats for best-seating purposes is defined) has not been applied, so several if not all of the seats have no contiguity values. There’s no “fix” other than actually applying contiguity following the instructions in the Knowledgebase. When you’re finished, run the Validate Completeness again to ensure you haven’t missed anything.

Hi Jonathan:
Thank you!! Being new there are steps I'm still learning to remember!!
The main challenge is the map is GA. Per the documentation I have checked the "GA Ind" check box
I'm still getting an error on the "Best Seat Map" as follows:
"Best Seat Group Unassigned"
I understand the error and assume because the "GA Ind" check box is checked, I'm not seeing choices in the "Best Seat Zones Legend" in order to make a seat assignment.
If this is the case, how do I make an assignment in order to clear the contiguity error? Or, do I let the error stand? My concern would be what happens online.
Thanks much for your assistance!!!
Michelle
