Sales Notes

Hi,

When making Sales Notes mandatory through Production Elements, does anyone know if it is possible to make this appear prior to taking payment rather than after clicking done/print?

Thanks,

Caspian

Thanks Curtis – I’ll take a look into that as it would definitely help us so much more to appear before we take payment!

    Caspian,

I asked the same thing at a conference when the sales notes were introduced. I was told this was the only way, and that it came down to staff training rather than changing the behavior.

Perhaps there is a way to amend it now, as that was some time ago. Maybe a service interceptor?
