Does anyone use "spitter" tickets, ie an extra ticket for a certain event. or attached to a certain MOS or pricetype, that can be used as a receipt for a free drink or event information? I've heard that it can be done with other ticketing systems, but I don't know if it can be done in Tessi (other than setting up a separate event, which wouldn't work).
Hi Ellen, Nicole's solution sounds great - so I think we'll have to look into that too! What we do at the moment for any special event with a free programme or drink etc. is have a ticket design saved as a header so that a member of the box office team can print it along with the order...obviously this doesn't work so well for batch printing.
