Flex Packages & User Groups

Recently I have wanted our Admissions desk to sell packages that are available on the web and available to the user group I normally work on but the user group Admissions can access the package but it doesn't seat 1 or 2 of the performances in the package.

The packages are correct and have the MOS selected and onsale to the admissions users (and they can sell the seats in a single performance) just not in the package.  I have checked the user group permissions but haven't found anything that stands out that I'm missing.

Anyone have a clue?

Yes,   They have access to those price type in that MOS.  In fact they can sell the events as single tickets same price type.  Just not in a package.  (biggest issue is sometimes they do not know what events I have built into the package- so this is why I thought day of event if they could just sell the package then I could be sure they sold a ticket to our exhibit and the lecture).   Thank you for the comment.

    Sandra,

We ran into a similar issue here, every time we added a new price type. Does the Admissions user group have rights to the price types you are using on the web? This has been controlled by ITS and I always forgot to ask them to set up for added price types.
