Changing Order Date on Subscriptions

Hey all,

We rollover our fixed seat packages every year with our season announce date as the order date.  We need to be able to report on our subscription sales by campaign day.  We love the option in T-stats for reporting by date, but in order to use that to report on sales by day, we would need to be able to change the date on orders as they are processed.

We haven't been able to find a way to do it...I know you can set modes of sale to allow order date change prior to an order being saved, but is there any way for an operator to change the order date after it has been saved?

Thanks,

Angela

    Hi Angela,

Not sure if this is helpful but when you set up the rollover manager you can actually leave the order date field blank so the operator could select the current day when the renewal happens.
