Hi,
We are setting up our Flex Passes differently this year. We used to do them as a gift certificate #, and now we are setting them up as a dummy package.
We are also undergoing V11 upgrades, and our test server is indisposed at the moment.
I'm wondering, if I set it up as a standard (non-flex) package are we still going to be able to do exchanges? Our subscription packages are always set up as flex packages, but I wanted to set up the Flex Pass package as a non-flex package so that I wouldn't have to choose the performances each time, since they will always be the same.
I just don't know how non-flexible the non-flex package is and now I'm worrying because I can't test it.
I need you kind folks to put my mind at ease. Will we be able to exchange our Flex Pass subscribers to the show of their choice?
Thanks,
Kanani
Any ticket can be exchanged, as an exchange is just a return and then applying that credit to a new ticket. So whether it is a single ticket or a ticket from any type of package, you will be able to exchange it.

Kanani,
One of the member organizations of our consortium offers a Flex Voucher season for their subscribers and it is set up as a fixed (standard) package. It is much more convenient that way than to set up dummy voucher events in a NFS package, for the reason you stated above. It does not affect exchanging.
Brian
Thanks, Brian. That’s good to hear.
