Several of our past shows have been taken off sale so users cannot change the sales in the production however one of my staff recently returned and refunded an entire package and 3 of the 6 performances were off sale. I had assumed taking a performance off sale would not allow this to happen. Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening again?

Hi Janna,
This might be a defect. I suggest opening a help ticket so that the support staff can determine if this is intended behavior or a loophole in the way the On Sale box is supposed to work.
