Several of our past shows have been taken off sale so users cannot change the sales in the production however one of my staff recently returned and refunded an entire package and 3 of the 6 performances were off sale. I had assumed taking a performance off sale would not allow this to happen. Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening again?

I haven't tested with packages but in order to make performances unavailable I think you need to uncheck the On Sale check-box in the performances as well.If you haven't unchecked that box yet, give that a shot.

If the package was returned and refunded in the original order, I'm wondering if that could be the problem? Perhaps because the order date is in the past it thought "hey this is cool to do..."?
Yes, it was in the original order and the date was far in the past.

Hi Janna,
This might be a defect. I suggest opening a help ticket so that the support staff can determine if this is intended behavior or a loophole in the way the On Sale box is supposed to work.
