Rollovers with zero balance due

A company I just started with has already done the rollovers for next season, calling them Placeholders. There are seats in these rollovers so I don't think they are dummy seats but I am not sure what those are anyway.  These rollovers only have Purchase price. There is no balance due to pay off when subscribers call to renew. Is this normal? as anyone seen this before?

I can tell you exactly what the problem is, I think, since I had a small subset of my rollover have the same issue. When the performances were set up, one of them did not have the proper price type on it. So four of the five rolled over with the price type and one rolled over with no value. Not to say a $0 value as in a comp, but NO value. Because of that, the order can't complete and won't give you a final balance. Check Subline Items and you should see at least one of your performances has no value. It's a pretty easy fix, too. Just cancel the rollover, attach the price type to the performance, and then reroll.
