A company I just started with has already done the rollovers for next season, calling them Placeholders. There are seats in these rollovers so I don't think they are dummy seats but I am not sure what those are anyway. These rollovers only have Purchase price. There is no balance due to pay off when subscribers call to renew. Is this normal? as anyone seen this before?
I don’t know what would be on the Transactions tab yet. They haven’t renewed yet. So there aren’t transactions that go toward the next season yet.

So when you say "Purchase Price" do you mean that money was paid on the order, or we're they showing as $0 value on the order?

Hi Adria,
I think this is enough of an issue to open a help ticket with the support team. It's too weird that the Total Amount field is blank when there are values in the Purchase, Fees, and Contributions fields.
