PAH reprint time?

Hello,

 

Just curious as to what others are using as a time for setting PAH reprints to be allowed? We are often selling tickets for 6mths to close to a year in advance for certain performances. We are wondering if there is a normal period of time that others use and why you chose it? Right now we have it set to 7 days, but are learning that may not be efficient.

    Hi Amy,

    We are very similar to you in that we start selling in November for shows that don't begin until April, so we have our set to 240 days (6 months). We've not found it to be an issue, other than the fact that reps forget this setting and try a reprint outside of 6 months & then don't understand why it doesn't send.

    We had our PAH reprint time set to 7 days, but that caused issues at the beginning of this year when folks realized in Jan. that they needed a reprint of tickets they bought before Christmas. 

     

    We are increasing to 90 days.
