recording concession card details

Hi,

We're looking at recording concession card details (e.g. card number and expiry date) within a constituents account. Just wondering if there are other organisations out there doing the same thing, and if so where they record these details? We're looking for an out of the box solution, but are curious to custom solutions too.

    I'm wondering if relationships couldn't work for this purpose. You could have a group account called "Concession Card" and affliate individuals to it, and use the title field to hold your card number. The advantage of using affliations is that there are already start and end date fields in place.
     
    It might make more sense, though, to build a custom screen that would hold the card number, start date, and end date. This would allow you to lock it down so that it couldn't be edited except by the appropriate people.
