We are rolling out Tessitura and the Web at our organization and would like to know how you have assigned the Tessitura Tasks to the various departments.
1) General Ticket Sales (Batches, closing, posting and returns)
2) Tessitura Managment (Season Manager, Subscription Renewals, Confirmations)
3) Tessitura Facility Managment
4) Tessitura Pricing. Price Type and Discounts
5) Marketing Efforts (Campaigns, Appeals and Extractions)
6) Assigning of Keywords to events for the Web-API
7) Changes of Addresses.
Your input will be appreciated.

2) Tessitura Management (Season Manager, Subscription Renewals, Confirmations): Ticketing Managers manage seasons. Subscriptions and Confirmations are not applicable for us.
3) Tessitura Facility Management: Ticketing Managers
4) Tessitura Pricing. Price Type and Discounts: Ticketing Managers
5) Marketing Efforts (Campaigns, Appeals and Extractions): Development or Marketing
6) Assigning of Keywords to events for the Web-API: Not used by us.
7) Changes of Addresses: All departments, depends on how it comes in and Constituency.
