We are rolling out Tessitura and the Web at our organization and would like to know how you have assigned the Tessitura Tasks to the various departments.
1) General Ticket Sales (Batches, closing, posting and returns)
2) Tessitura Managment (Season Manager, Subscription Renewals, Confirmations)
3) Tessitura Facility Managment
4) Tessitura Pricing. Price Type and Discounts
5) Marketing Efforts (Campaigns, Appeals and Extractions)
6) Assigning of Keywords to events for the Web-API
7) Changes of Addresses.
Your input will be appreciated.

1) General Ticket Sales (Batches, closing, posting and returns): Ticketing Managers
2) Tessitura Management (Season Manager, Subscription Renewals, Confirmations): Ticketing Managers manage seasons. Subscriptions and Confirmations are not applicable for us.
3) Tessitura Facility Management: Ticketing Managers
4) Tessitura Pricing. Price Type and Discounts: Ticketing Managers
5) Marketing Efforts (Campaigns, Appeals and Extractions): Development or Marketing
6) Assigning of Keywords to events for the Web-API: Not used by us.
7) Changes of Addresses: All departments, depends on how it comes in and Constituency.
For the New Victory:1) General Ticket Sales (Batches, closing, posting and returns) Ticket Services Managers for Ticket batches, Education Assistant for Ed batches, Development Associate for Dev batches
2) Tessitura Managment (Season Manager, Subscription Renewals, Confirmations) Box Office Manager for General Show setup, Ed Asst. for Ed matinee setup, Tessitura Admin for Email confirmations scheduled via the Web API, we don't use the Subscriptions module.
3) Tessitura Facility Managment Box Office Manager for Facility setup, Ticket Design, Allocations, Holds, Price Types, Offers. Tessitura Admin for MOS setup, Controller for GL setup
4) Tessitura Pricing. Price Type and Discounts Box Office Manager
5) Marketing Efforts (Campaigns, Appeals and Extractions) Marketing Associate for Marketing Campaigns,Appeals, Sources, Ed Asst. for Ed Campaigns, Appeals, Sources, Dev Associate for Dev Campaigns, Appeals, Sources, Marketing Associate is main Extraction Power User and assists with Extractions done by other depts. Box Office Manager enters Web Promo codes once provided by Marketing and Development.
6) Assigning of Keywords to events for the Web-API Box Office Manager enters Keywords along with Production Details once provided by Marketing
7) Changes of Addresses. Ticket Services, Development, Education users.
