Our organization is adding a facility fee, as a per ticket fee. Can someone tell me; Does this fee show in the shopping cart &/Or in the E-mail confirmation attributed to each ticket, or as a total amount in the calculation at the end of the ticket order---as the Transaction fee is displayed ?

Just peeked at your site... looks like you folks are on TNEW. This is a configurable setting. If you check in the system table LTR_TNEW_CART_SETTINGS, there is a setting called showIndivFees. If that's set to Y then it will break out the fees by their individual names. If it's set to N it will simply total the fees for the current order. That setting should affect both the display in the cart and in the email confirmation.
