We are about to send a preshow email but have just realised that all of our lists for our new 2013 season are generating 0 results, does anybody know, off the top of your head why this might be?
What is the criteria in your list?
Murray,
I run into this all the time when I forget to update my nightly history job with new seasons. Another thing that gets me sometimes is the EIS check box in the tr_season table. You need to make sure that it’s checked and that you have nightly and incremental EIS jobs running.

Ticket criteria generally look at the ticket history, which is updated by a procedure that uses season as a parameter. Has the new season been added to the ticket history procedure (in other words do you see new season entries in anyone’s ticket history)?

Thanks so much for all the help everyone. I think that the problem is I haven't added the seaqson to the ticket history report. Any advise on how to do this?
This is more of a system admin/IT function. You should have a nightly job set up in the backend (MS SQL) that needs to be edited. If you don’t have access to the back end, then you won’t be able to update the job. This is usually a function for the DBA or IT department.
