How do you keep track of VIP attendance if you don't have a patron services desk? Is there a way of tracking it via Tessi - in the notes field, maybe? Any suggestions would be welcome.
We have created a VIP constituency that can be used in reports to track attendance. This list of VIP's is constantly monitored to ensure that any file with the constituency should actually have it.
