Hello,
I have just received a BOCA Lemur printer which I hope to use at satellite locations to print tickets. I am having difficulty installing the printer on our laptop using a USB connection. Can somebody point me in the right direction? I was hoping this would be plug and play, but Tessitura is not recognizing the printer. Here are the details...

The first thing that come to mind is the driver….you need to make sure the driver that is installed on the laptop is the Generic/Text only driver, not the BOCA driver. That trips up my users all the time.

Also, remember that BOCA printers are treated differently than other printers in a RAMP environment. Make sure that the BOCA is in the denied window in screwdrivers and then verify that the printers check box is checked in your 2X connection properties.
