Fulfilling Subscription Renewal Forms

Our in house graphic designer creates the design.  I created attributes with subscription details because the majority of our subscriptions are flex packages that don’t create rollover orders.  I pull the attributes through an output set and save as Excel. Then it’s a basic mail merge from there. 

I was wondering if anyone is fulfilling their printing of the subscription renewal froms via a data file and soem form of mail merge to produce letters, either in-house or out-of-house.  I hope to learn more about how you accomplish this: from getting the form designed, getting the data out of Tessitura and producing the form.  Also, if you do this out-of-house how do you fulfill re-print requests from constituencts?
