How do you change/update  a constituent's address when you are in the middle of a ticket order? Is that even possible?

Parents
  • And in V11 there is an easier option.

Click on the chicklet next to the ‘Alt Adr’ field on the Order Screen and a pop up window opens showing the Constituent’s postal and eaddresses.

The pencil icon on the address allows you to edit and save changes to the address right there.

You can also add new addresses on this screen.
