Hello,
I am pulling a list of patrons in T-Stats with the amount of tickets sold and the ticket amount paid. Can someone please tell me if this total number of tickets sold for a period of time counts tickets that were exchanged or just the amount from the original sale?

In the Tickets cube, straight up returned tickets aren't included in the Tickets cube. To the Tickets cube it's as though they never existed. For exchanges, again the returned ticket isn't in T-Stats, but the new ticket for the performance they exchanged into is in T-Stats.
