Since we no longer use one of the General Admission venues we have, I renamed it to accommodate some new events. I created my price maps, built the performances, etc. but when I try to "buy" a ticket to the event, i get the pop-up "Could not find seats for specified criteria". And when I go to the seat map and hover over the seat, the price doesn't show at the bottom.
I'm totally frustrated. Does anyone know why this is happening? I feel like I've done this a hundred times, and now something's not working.
Thanks,
Susan
Make sure you’re using water-soluble zones for the map painter. <smile>
If you’ve updated zones and applied the zones to seats after performances have been built, you’ll need to run UP_UPDATE_ZONE_NO ### passing a season id (TR_SEASON.id) to update the existing performances with the new zone assignments.
Check the Price Zones tab of the performance seat map to see if you see the zone applied. If you see an asterisk *, it’s most likely undefined for the seat(s).

I think you’re right. I made a zone change after the facility was assigned to a performance. I’ve put a request in to our IT person to run one of the SQL utilities.
Thanks.

Were the price maps assigned prior to the painting? Perhaps you need Facility Update Scripts to be run.On Jul 18, 2012, at 1:58 PM, "Susan Ashcraft" <bounce-susanashcraft3988@tessituranetwork.com> wrote:

It sounds like something isn’t painted in Facility Manager.
Have you painted everything in each of the tabs?
Did you validate completeness?
