Renaming a Venue

Since we no longer use one of the General Admission venues we have, I renamed it to accommodate some new events. I created my price maps, built the performances, etc. but when I try to "buy" a ticket to the event, i get the pop-up "Could not find seats for specified criteria". And when I go to the seat map and hover over the seat, the price doesn't show at the bottom.

I'm totally frustrated. Does anyone know why this is happening? I feel like I've done this a hundred times, and now something's not working.

Thanks,

Susan

Were the price maps assigned prior to the painting?  Perhaps you need Facility Update Scripts to be run.

Thanks for responding. I did all of the above and that’s why I’m so puzzled.

It sounds like something isn’t painted in Facility Manager.

Have you painted everything in each of the tabs?

    Did you validate completeness?
