Hello,
I'm having a hard time finding the answer to the following:
can you change the source code to a ticket order after the fact?
We had some of our packages sourced wrong and are trying to correct them. I thought I had found the solution but apparently it wasn't the correct answer.
any help would be greatly appreciated!
The Utility to which Karen refers is a custom utility that is not a standard Tessitura offering. But it is possible to change the source code on an existing order. In order for a Tessitura User Group to be able to change the source on an existing order, the Group must have “Edit” rights in Tessitura Security to the “Const Orders Source” security object.
Edit rights to the “Const Orders Source” Security object grants access to change the source on an order from the Order Details window opened from the Orders tab in constituent records. In order to use this feature the User Group must also have access to the Mode of Sale of the order.

The only way to update the source code is through Reports/Utility. Under the Data Management reports, you’ll see Update Order Source. You’ll need the order number and the source code you want to change it to.
Hope this helps!
